If you wish to apply for a place at Swinton Academy Post 16, please click on the link in the yellow box on the right.

This will open a Google form in a new window. Please fill in all the boxes. We need to know:

• Name & current school
• Address
• Contact information
• Predicted grades for English, Maths and Science
• Other GCSE subjects taken
• Three subjects you would like to study at post 16 plus one reserve
• Optional box to tell us a little more about yourself.

Once you have completed the application form, click and submit.

If you are applying after the December deadline, then that is not a problem, but please also email us at post16@swintonacademy.org to let us know you have submitted an application.
