Skills Builder (managed by the Skills Builder Partnership) is a global framework and tool used to teach, measure, and build eight core essential life and employability skills. It breaks broad, transferable abilities down into clear, step-by-step stages from beginner to mastery for education and workplaces. 

The framework concentrates on eight key areas crucial for success in school, work, and daily life: 

• Listening: Understanding and processing information.

• Speaking: Communicating ideas clearly out loud.

• Problem-Solving: Finding practical solutions to challenges.

• Creativity: Using imagination to make new ideas.

• Adapting: Using strategies to handle setbacks.

• Planning: Setting goals and planning how to reach them.

• Leadership: Supporting and developing a team toward a goal.
